Olly Silinski

Olly is a student at A-B tech who is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Software Development and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Olly’s  goal is to combine technology with environmental conservation.

After graduating, Olly plans to focus on a career in remote sensing technologies. They are passionate about using GIS and software development to protect natural landscapes and create more sustainable towns and cities. By applying these tools, the Olly aims to contribute to the preservation of local ecosystems in Appalachia.

Throughout Olly’s studies, they have developed skills in mapping, data analysis, and software design. Olly believes that technology can help solve some of the most pressing environmental issues. With a strong foundation in both GIS and software development, they are eager to make a positive impact on the environment.
